2010 Annual Conference Registration

If you would like to pay by credit card, information for the full amount due will be required in order to submit your registration. Your credit card information is protected through our secure encryption process.

Check Payments:
If you prefer to pay by check, please click Payment by Check below. Checks are to be made out to National Business Coalition on Health and sent in at your earliest convenience. Please send checks to NBCH, 1015 18th Street, NW, Suite 730, Washington, DC 20036.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received on or before October 1, 2010. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2010; however, substitutions are permitted if received in writing.

 

If, for any reason this event is cancelled, we do not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.

Registration: The registration fee covers admittance to all conference sessions, including the conference exhibit hall and receptions, Sunday through Tuesday. For Standard Registrants:  Early Bird                            $700 (Early Bird registration deadline is September 17th!) After September 17, 2010     $800 For Members: NHLC Member    $700 NBCH Coalition Director NBCH Coalition Employer Member (w/ Coalition verification) NBCH Coalition Staff    $500

For 2010, all conference materials will be available in electronic format only. Upon registration check-in, you will receive a flash drive including all available conference presentations.
