The Patient-Centered Medical Home - A Purchaser Guide
Developed by NBCH through a grant from the Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC), the Purchaser Guide is a handbook for understanding the medical home model and taking action to advance its implementation.
NBCH Partners with Modern Healthcare to Survey Employer Purchasing Power
NBCH is pleased to announce that it is partnering with Modern Healthcare for the publication’s first annual survey of major employers to determine how much they spend to provide health care benefits and services to their employees and dependents.
The survey is intended only for U.S. companies with at least $1 billion in annual revenue. To participate in Modern Healthcare’s 2008 Healthcare Purchasing Power Survey, please visit the publication’s Ongoing Surveys page and download a copy of the electronic questionnaire.

Diabetes in America: Public Knowledge, Perceptions & Behaviors
